User Data Deletion

At FrozenSlice, we respect your right to privacy and data control. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data and account information.
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including order history, addresses, and preferences, will be permanently deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove the following information:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, profile picture
- Delivery Addresses: All saved delivery addresses
- Order History: Complete order and transaction history
- Preferences: Saved preferences, favorites, and settings
- Payment Information: Saved payment methods (card details are processed securely by our payment partners and are not stored by us)
- Authentication Data: Login credentials and social login connections
What Data May Be Retained
Due to legal, regulatory, and business requirements, we may retain certain information:
- Transaction Records: Financial transaction records may be retained as required by law for tax and accounting purposes
- Legal Obligations: Information required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements
- Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you
Any retained data will be kept only for the minimum period required by law and will not be used for any other purposes.
How to Request Data Deletion

Through the Mobile App:
- Open the FrozenSlice mobile app
- Go to your Account/Profile section
- Navigate to Settings or Privacy settings
- Select "Delete Account" or "Request Data Deletion"
- Follow the on-screen instructions

Via Email Request:
- Send an email to privacy@frozenslice.in
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address
- Include your full name for verification
- We will verify your identity before processing the request

Verification Process:
- We may require additional verification to confirm your identity
- This helps protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests
- Verification may include confirming your email or phone number
ℹ️ Processing Time: Once your request is verified, we will process your account deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Before You Delete Your Account
Please consider the following before requesting account deletion:
- Download Your Data: If you want a copy of your data, you can request it before deletion (we'll provide it in a standard format)
- Active Orders: Complete or cancel any pending orders before deletion
- Refunds: Process any pending refunds before account deletion
- Subscriptions: Cancel any active subscriptions or memberships
Data Deletion for Third-Party Services
If you signed in using a third-party service (Google, Facebook, Apple), you may also need to:
- Revoke access in your account settings with that service provider
- Delete any data shared with FrozenSlice through those services
We cannot delete data stored by third-party services. Please refer to their privacy policies for deletion instructions.
Your Rights Under Data Protection Laws
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal data (as described here)
- Object to processing of your personal data
- Request restriction of processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
